Do you charge for the estimate? No. The in-home visit and written quote are free — for every bathroom project we look at in Columbus, Fort Moore, Phenix City and the surrounding towns.

Do I have to be home for the estimate? Yes — someone 18+ needs to be there so we can walk the whole space, check the plumbing, and answer your questions in real time.
How do I know the remodeler is licensed and insured? Ask for the Georgia contractor license number and a current certificate of insurance before you sign anything — any reputable remodeler hands both over. Permits for work that moves plumbing, changes electrical, or alters walls are pulled with Muscogee County and, where relevant, Harris County or Russell County (AL).
What should I ask about who does the work? It's a fair question for any bid — ask which trades are handled directly and which are subcontracted, and make sure the plumber and electrician on your job are licensed for the work that requires it. A good remodeler will tell you exactly who's on your project.
