The full-scope service: the bathroom goes back to studs and subfloor, the plumbing and electrical get upgraded, and it's rebuilt with your finishes. One fixed written price, itemized to the fixture — no surprises. Typical Columbus-area timeline: three to six weeks.
A full bathroom remodel is the difference between "we swapped some things out" and "we rebuilt the room." Everything comes out. Everything gets replaced. The walls, floor, tub or shower, toilet, vanity, plumbing rough-in, wiring, ventilation, and every fixture and finish. You choose the layout and the finishes; we handle the sequencing, the trades, and the permits with Muscogee (or Harris) County.
No two bathrooms cost the same, and any number quoted before someone has stood in your room is a guess. What actually moves your price is concrete, and we walk you through every piece of it on the in-home visit:
We put every one of those on an itemized, fixed written quote after a free in-home visit — so you see exactly where your money goes before any work starts.
Master baths and homes with moved walls or older plumbing add time. A solid quote comes with an actual calendar — not a range.
Older homes in Uptown and Wynnton frequently have cast-iron drain stacks that are due for replacement. In slab-on-grade homes across Midland and North Columbus, moving a drain means opening the slab — a real cost line that should be spelled out, not hidden inside a range. Newer Fortson and Cataula construction is generally straightforward, though we do occasionally find polybutylene supply lines that should be replaced while walls are open. All of this shows up on the itemized quote before demo day.
